The two-storied building that was built in mid 19th century at the centre of Kotchandpur upazila on the bank of the Kobadak River by a Scottish trader McLeod is known as Saheb Bari. Later another house was raised in the shape of that building. There is a grilled grave in between the two buildings. The first building is obliterated and the second building still survives in a dilapidated condition. There are in total 14 rooms and wooden staircase in the building.
