Hanging Bridge of Rangamati

The Hanging Bridge of Rangamati has been known as the ‘symbol of Rangamati.’ At the last end of Rangamati town over the Kaptai Lake, 335 ft. long hanging bridge was constructed in 1984. Close to the lake ‘Tourism Holiday Complex’ developed in 1986. There lie the beautiful lakes with extensive mass of water and rows of high and low hills. Besides these, there lie auditoriums, parks, picnic spots, speed boats, and native naval vessels. This bridge remains under water one or two months in a year. Centering on the bridge the people of ethnic communities have made/ arranged loads/heaps of their commodities.
